The martial art for body, mind, and spirit. Developed in Japan in the 20th century by Grandmaster Morihei Ueshiba. Aikido is derived from the ancient and enduring traditions of aikijujitsu, swordmanship, spearfighting techniques, and a philosophy of universal harmony and peace.
Aikido Delaware Aikikai is the first traditional Japanese Aikido Cultural Center in the state and is the International Headquarters of WAAI, World Aikido Aikikai, Incorporated.
