Introductory Classes

Join and be an Aikido member of the First Tradtional Japanese Aikido Cultural Center in the State of Delaware. Classes include warmup, scretching, Aiki Taiso, tumbling, and practicing technique movements. Members are highly encouraged to attend seminars and cultural events with their family and friends, builds dojo community. Promotion rank test are provided after training and specific test requirements are fulfilled by the student.

• Classes are ongoing and held on Tuesday and Thurday nights
• Classes are from 6-7 PM
• Cost of the 5 week session is $75
• You may plan the 5 week session as your schedule permits
• On the first day of class please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration and to pay for the classes
• Classes will cover basic techniques, rolls and etiquette
• Wear light, comfortable clothing (sweatpants and t-shirt) to classes; uniform not required
• Must be 14 years of age or older to register
